Binary search in PHP using divide and conquer algorithm

As the algorithm divide and conquer is also applied to algorithms that reduce each problem to only one sub-problem, the binary search algorithm is considered as divide and conquer algorithm. In binary search the search space is reduced in each step where the sub-problem is of roughly half the original size. The binary search is also called decrease and conquer algorithm as search space is reduced in each step. In binary search the sub-problem can be solved using iterative or recursive approaches. Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH in Google chrome

ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH error usually happens on Google chrome. This error can happen for multiple reasons. It really difficult to trace the error sometimes. ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH error was showing randomly on Google chrome browser. It was tring to load an image. The http call for loading the image was showing this error. The confusion was sometimes image was loaded without any error and sometimes it was showing ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH error. Anoher interesting thing was during the page load in the console it showed image is loaded but at the very end of page load it failed. I have Googled online and found similar post about it. But none of those solutions worked for me. Solution: Our cache space was filled up. We had to freed up some old cache to make room for the new cache. As soon as the cache server got enough space the ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH error was gone. NB: We have a separate caching server on top of our front server. That caching

How to solve PG::UndefinedTable: ERROR: relation "table" does not exist issue

If anyone ever encounter the following error it means the code-base is expecting a table to be existed even before the migration. This is of course bad coding. In my case I was installing an old project and was stuck with the following error in rails. Error: rake aborted! PGError: ERROR: relation "delayed_jobs" does not exist In the project it was using gem delayed_job_active_record. It turns out that in the code-base it was expecting the delayed_jobs table. Solution In the code-base I had to comment out all lines from the following file: config/initializers/schedule_jobs.rb Afterwords I ran the rake db:migrate and it worked!
